The following Christians were killed or injured this fall at Wedgewood Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas by a lone gunman:

Shawn C. Brown, 23-year-old male, student at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Susan Kimberly (Kim) Jones, 23-year-old female, student at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Cassandra Griffin, 14 years old.

Joseph D. Ennis, 14 years old.

Justin M. Ray, 17 years old.

Sydney R. Browning, 36-year-old female, graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She was our children's choir coordinator and deeply loved by every child who has been in her choirs. Sydney was also a teacher in the city’s alternative education program for problem kids. She loved her students, many of whom were kids that others have given up on. Many Saturdays, Sydney would go down to the park and meet her students on their turf to play basketball and just hang out. Her students were excelling because of her commitment to them and her witness.
